Evaluation
of GNI
In
the event Council is dissatisfied with their Agent
appointed to your Strata Corporation by the management
company, the issue should be openly discussed with
him/her (the Agent). Alternatively, Council may be
more comfortable communicating their dissatisfaction
to the President of GNI, Mr. R. Bob Nichol (604) 524-0770,
or the Vice-President, Mr. John P. Gorman. Where problems
exist, Council should not hesitate to contact GNI,
and request to speak with the President or Vice-President.
We request that such communications be specific as
possible, and brought forward in the spirit of improving
the current situation. We request that once the issues
have been discussed, the Agent be given a reasonable
opportunity to improve, or he/she may be replaced
immediately.
In
the event Council is dissatisfied with another GNI
employee or the company in general, we request your
thoughts be communicated to the President, Vice-President,
or other officers overseeing the GNI office at which
you are a client.
Council
is welcome at any time to contact the Bob Nichol or
John Gorman at (604) 524-0770 to discuss any matter
about the management of your Strata Corporation.
From
time to time GNI will send an evaluation form to Council requesting your input
on our company personnel and operations. Your participation in our evaluation
surveys is invaluable to our continued success and improvement in serving you,
our client.
